Huge thank you to the whole service department here at Kia Mission Viejo, and Saul Roman who was so helpful! I purchased my very first brand new car with Kia and recently have been having issues with my engine. I took it to Kia in fontana (near my house) and they were of no help and were going to charge me thousands of dollars just to "look into the issue". I decided to get a second opinion here in Kia Mission Viejo that was near my school (without an appointment) and was helped right away. Saul was very informative and actually looked into my warranty and was able to provide my car with the service it needed. I am so thankful of the servicing department because my car needed a new engine and due to the lack of care from Fontana Kia my engine could have blew and I would be car-less.

Purchased a 2025 Carnival SX Prestige Hybrid. I started with an online inquiry about inventory and pricing. Jacob got back to me promptly. After a few back and forths, we agreed on a deal. I drove 60 miles to Mission Viejo even though there are other Kia dealerships less than 10 miles away. Jacob was off on Sunday, so Ashley closed the deal with me. She was so friendly and professional. Please ask for her if you’re visiting the dealership. She’s good people.
I also have to mention how professional and courteous the receptionist was. And their Coffee Bean branded espresso maker is bomb. I had a chai latte, a vanilla latte, and an espresso. The showroom was built recently (I think two years ago) so it’s modern and welcoming. If you get hungry, there’s an In-N-Out across the freeway.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Purchased a 2025 Carnival SX Prestige Hybrid. I started with an online inquiry about inventory and pricing. Jacob got back to me promptly. After a few back and forths, we agreed on a deal. I drove 60 miles to Mission Viejo even though there are other Kia dealerships less than 10 miles away. Jacob was off on Sunday, so Ashley closed the deal with me. She was so friendly and professional. Please ask for her if you’re visiting the dealership. She’s good people.
I also have to mention how professional and courteous the receptionist was. And their Coffee Bean branded espresso maker is bomb. I had a chai latte, a vanilla latte, and an espresso. The showroom was built recently (I think two years ago) so it’s modern and welcoming. If you get hungry, there’s an In-N-Out across the freeway.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

I love this place so much. I've been taking my car to this dealership exclusively since 2-3 years and my experience has been wonderful each time. Jeff my service advisor is so wonderful and takes care of me everytime. I drive from Santa Ana just to come here even when it's serious. I just pack it on a tow truck and get it down there. Words truly can't explain how amazing my experience has been. My mother also loves this place and we will be continously buying Kia cars just because I love the service so much. Huge thank you to the whole service department here at Kia Mission Viejo, and Saul Roman who was so helpful! I purchased my very first brand new car with Kia and recently have been having issues with my engine. I took it to Kia in fontana (near my house) and they were of no help and were going to charge me thousands of dollars just to "look into the issue". I decided to get a second opinion here in Kia Mission Viejo that was near my school (without an appointment) and was helped right away. Saul was very informative and actually looked into my warranty and was able to provide my car with the service it needed. I am so thankful of the servicing department because my car needed a new engine and due to the lack of care from Fontana Kia my engine could have blew and I would be car-less.
