Salesperson Annie wasted our time for 2 days engaging in negotiations with us. After going back and forth countless times, she realizes she doesn’t even have the vehicle in stock she’s been offering us because it got sold. She never attached the vehicle to our customer profile, which allowed other salespeople to sell it. Then she tries to sell us on a different color just to try to make the sale. Completely wasted our time and blamed it on her son-in-law who apparently sold the model she was offering us.
