Presenting to you Saul Roman, the Mission Viejo Kia Service Department Manager! Saul has spent the past 7 years in the auto industry, bringing a great amount of knowledge and proficiency to the dealership and effortlessly offering a fantastic service experience. Saul was born in Taxco which is a town in the state of Guerrero, Mexico. He moved to Lake Forest, California when he was just 5 years old and has resided in the area ever since.

One of Saul’s favorite takeaways since being employed at a Patterson Auto Team dealership is the culture and community this company has created. Saul was working at the previously owned dealership before Patterson Auto Team acquired the space. Saul had the option to stay at this facility or follow the original owners to a new facility. Making the most difficult but best decision, he chose to remain working at this location through new ownership. The culture, experience, community, and ownership are all top-notch. Patterson Auto makes all the employees feel right at home and more importantly, all the staff feels very empowered.

Saul thrives on interacting with customers and fellow coworkers on a daily basis. He has the ability to tell if someone's day isn’t off to the right start and withholds the charm to turn their frown upside down! He can effortlessly brighten anyone and everyone’s day.

Outside of work, Saul enjoys reading, watching movies, and taking his 3 kids to the park or to their after-school activities. On the weekends, he and his family cheer on the oldest son during his little league games, go Lake Forest Little League! During basketball season, Saul and his family roots for their favorite sports team; the LA Lakers!

What Saul looks forward to most every year is taking his family to the Great Wolf Lodge. This amazing experience offers both indoor water park fun and dry-land experiences. It includes access to a 105,000 sq ft warm water park that includes 14 slides and four pools. The family absolutely loves this outing and the countdown to the next visit begins the moment their trip wraps up.

• If you are craving all-you-can-eat sushi, stop by Zenko Sushi in Mission Viejo. Established in 2007, it has been a Japanese cuisine-style restaurant for over 10 years now, solely concentrating on the bottomless concept. It is one of Saul’s favorites!
• For the best authentic Thai cuisine, you must visit Thai Spice in Lake Forest. It is one of the most well-known and oldest Thai restaurants in Orange County. Chef Tuey, who used to cook and prepare food for the Thai King, first opened the restaurant along with her husband. After gaining popularity, the entire family stepped in to share their passion for cooking.
• Serving yummy tacos, juicy burritos, and other delicious Mexican bites since 1979, Albertaco’s in Mission Viejo is another one you cannot miss. With a mission to use fresh ingredients, offer affordable prices, and have speedy service, everyone will enjoy this stop. In addition, their doors are open until the early hours of morning ensuring you cannot miss dinner!
